14U Stingers, Stingers, 2015-2016 (Stratford Volleyball Club)

Our Tournament in Kitchener at Rockway was a Tale of Two Teams. The morning we came up against some tough teams that shell shocked us a bit with very tough serving and hitting. The afternoon we adjusted and came back strong with an excellent come-from-behind win against Chatham Ballhawks, a great match against the top seed KW Preds and then a very emphatic win against Forest City. Hamilton Smash Tournament Update Hello everyone, We published the new photo gallery, tournament recap and results today. The pictures are not up to Shelley Lee Photography standards...  but they still show the great fun we had! Please slick on all three parts of the photo gallery as there are a LOT of photos. I love the "fun on the bench" shots. Our bench is like a seventh person on the court. No doubt that we play best LOUD! Also some great shots of the girls getting great digs. Shelley Schoonderwoerd takes fantastic photos - no wonder as she is a professional! Check out Shelley Lee Photography! We moved up to Championship level for this tournament and there was far more parity in the teams. Every match was tight, and we nearly beat the #1 and #2 seeded teams! Team passing was better, team serving was better, team defense was AWESOME! We are on a role ladies! Can't wait for the next tournament!

Hello 14U Stingers! We are looking forward to our Tournament in London this weekend! Over the holidays we will only be practicing Dec 21 and Dec 28.  Both of these practices we have invited the 15U Stingers (thanks Ted!) to practice/scrimmage with us.
