The Strataford Volleyball Club (SVC) was started by Lee Littel for boys and girls in 1975. It was a passion of his for many years, and he was never as happy as when he was coaching. Littel took pride in helping players fulfil the athletic skills that could aid them in achieving a post-secondary scholarships and education.
After Littel's passing in 2010, a scholarship fund in his name was created. Money is awarded each year to a deserving graduate (or graduates) of the Stratford Volleyball Club who will be continuing their education after high school.
SVC strives for their athletes to develop a love and passion for the sport of volleyball in both our recreational and competitive programs. The goal of our dedicated volunteers on the executive and our coaches is to promote dedication, commitment and provide the athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills and technique through practice and competition.
