Registering On MRS – The OVA Registration Software
Please note that every person that registers with the MRS must have their own unique email address. If you will be registering only one child on MRS, a parent can use their email address, but if you will be registering morethatone child, all but one child must have their own email address. Our recommendation is that each person being registered have their own unique email address.
If a new email address is required, please create it before you begin this process.
1. Open the MRS system athttps://mrs.ontariovolleyball.org/Account/SignUp.(this should be done under the athlete’s name not the parent).
2. You will then receive a confirmation email. Using the link in the confirmation email, complete the rest of the registration form.
Most of the registration information is self-explanatory. Some of the items that you might have questions about are explained below.
• Upload Document – Upload any document that shows the birthdate of the person being registered.
• Region – We are “Region 3 – Southwestern Ontario”
• Waiver Terms and Conditions – If an athlete is being registered, click the Athlete Waiver & Terms and Conditions.pdf, download it and familiarize yourself with the conditions
• Acknowledgements – Check each box
3. Click “Register”
4. Next you will be taken to a page that asks for you to indicate the athlete’s “Role” – go to the Indoor section and “tryout player”(first option). There is no fee with this option.
5. Click “Next”
6.Click “Checkout”,*** If at this point the site is asking for a payment of any amount you have chosen the wrong “Role” – please go back and select “tryout player”.
7. If you don’t get your confirmation email, please check your junk folder or spam.
