Congratulations and welcome to the competitive division of the Stratford Volleyball Club!
The following steps must be completed in order to complete your registration. 

Please note that Step #4 is to be completed by September 17, 2017. 
Steps #1-3 are to be completed by September 24, 2017.

#1 Complete the Individual Registration Form by September 24, 2017  2017/18 SVC Competitive Registration Form


#2 Pay the Stratford Volleyball Club Registration Fee  SVC registration fees for the 2017/18 season are $605.00.  Payment of club fees must be initiated by midnight on September 24, 2017. 


The preferred method of Payment is e-transfer.

Other payment methods:  Cash or cheque made payable to Stratford Volleyball Club with your child’s
name and team written on the cheque.


There are two payment options for club fees.
a.       Full payment of $605.00 by September 24, 2017
b.       Payment installments of $305.00 prior to September 24/17 and $300.00 prior to December 1/17

#3 Complete the OVA forms given to you by your coach.  (OVA Informed Consent / OVA Assumption of Risk Agreement and Terms/Conditions). Please return the completed forms to your coach by September 24, 2017


#4 Optional Stingers Conditioning Program -for Competitive Club Stinger athletes only.
One hour weekly conditioning sessions for Stinger volleyball players on Wednesdays (12U-14U) or Thursdays (15U-18U) at 6:00pm for 12 weeks for $140.00.  These sessions will start on September 27, 2017 and end in December. Focus will be on improving movement, agility and strength. 

Spaces are limited and will be granted on a first come first serve basis.   If you would like to participate in this program please register before September 17, 2017 at midnight by using the following link:  
2017/18 Next Level Performance Training

#5 Complete online Parent Respect in Sport Program.  This is a mandatory OVA requirement starting this season:  At least one parent or guardian of each registered player will need to complete the module as a condition of participation.  The OVA Respect in Sport (RIS) Module and instructions can be accessed through the following link:  OVA RIS  The cost of this program is $12.00

Parents that have previously completed the program in another sport (hockey, soccer) or for another child do not need to complete the module again, but SVC will still need verification that it has been completed to have your child rostered.  You will be able to retrieve your certificate number using this link:  RIS Certificate search

Please give your coach your RIS Certificate number.
